Free Trial

K-Rockets offers all new users a 7-day free trial with full access to the platform. No charges will be applied during the trial period.

  • To start the trial, users must provide valid payment information.

  • After 7 days, the trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

  • Users may cancel anytime during the trial with no charges.

Billing After the Free Trial

Once the trial period expires, the subscription fee will be automatically charged to the saved payment method. Billing will continue on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the chosen plan.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards along with all payment options shown at checkout. All payments are securely processed by our third-party payment provider. K-Rockets does not store complete card details.

Security

All transactions are protected with SSL encryption. Payment information is handled exclusively by the secure payment processor.

Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for keeping their payment information accurate and up to date to avoid service interruptions.

Pricing Changes

Any changes to subscription pricing will be communicated to all active subscribers in advance.


Refund Policy

General Policy

As K-Rockets provides immediate access to digital learning resources and practice tools, all subscription payments are non-refundable once the trial period has ended and the first payment has been processed.

Free Trial = No-Risk Period

The 7-day free trial allows users to explore the platform before any payment is charged.

  • To avoid charges, you must cancel your subscription before the trial period ends.

  • Failure to cancel before the trial expires does not qualify for a refund.

Refunds May Be Issued Only If:

  • A duplicate payment was made in error.

  • A technical issue prevents use of the service and our support team is unable to resolve it.

  • A purchase error is reported within 24 hours and the account has not accessed paid features.

  • Reason for the refund request

If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:

  • Forgetting to cancel before the trial ends

  • Change of mind

  • Not using the platform

  • Incorrect purchase after accessing paid content
